FRETBOARD RADIUS

Slightly radiused fretboards constitute a pleasant compromise for players who do not only play classical but also other types of guitar.

Players who are also accustomed to western and electric guitars frequently find it difficult to switch from radiused fretboards to flat ones. Our option with a slightly radiused fretboard provides a compromise in this regard.

A radius of 12" (the equivalent of 304.8 mm) as is often found on western and electric guitars and our flatter option with approximately 30" (761 mm) are shown here for comparison. It doesn't appear like a lot but even a flat radius benefits playability when barré chords are played.
